Our story
Formed in 1992 under the auspices of the People’s Association, our 70-strong group currently resides in Siglap South Community Centre, a nationally-designated Centre of Excellence For Performing Arts.
AudioImage is an amateur performing arts group that provides a platform for keen and adept musicians to continue playing and performing music of a high standard, outside the traditional confines of school and institutional bands.
Conducted by Mohamad Rasull, the ensemble has performed at various stages such as the Esplanade, School of the Arts Auditorium and the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre Auditorium. These performances cover a wide range of musical styles – from serious wind band repertoire to entertaining classics for the community.
As AudioImage's Music Director and Resident Arranger, Rasull also seeks to expand the ensemble's repertoire and musical experience through some of his own arrangements — particularly music from video games and anime.
